Today was a vacation in my vacation.

I know it’s a crazy thing to say but after 7 different cities in the last two weeks, I just needed a day off.

I’ve got three more weeks here in the UK travelling to Ireland and Scotland and those days are going to be packed full of many different cities and many different adventures.

So, a rest of a day or two before embarking on that journey just seemed like a reasonable thing to do.

I spent the day catching up on my blogging, downloading TV shows (Survivor!), and planning the next couple of weeks of my trip.

Ferry to Ireland – booked.
Flight to Scotland – booked.
Beatles walking tour – booked.
Day trip to Belfast – booked.
Cliffs of Moher – booked.
Aran Islands – booked.
Ring of Kerry – booked.
Dingle Peninsula – booked.
Blarney Stone – booked.
3 day tour of Isle of Skye – booked.

Yeah, there’s alot going on the next little while!

The beauty of doing all the planning now is that I now have the next couple of weeks free of any planning – just show up and go on an adventure!
