After getting next to none sleep the last two nights I was up bright and early this morning to go on a day tour of Hadrian’s Wall and the border towns between Scotland and England.

Hadrian’s Wall was built by the Romans after they had conquered England to keep the crazy Scots away from them.   There are still remnants of the wall and ancient artifacts found today.

I’ve found the substance of these tours is mostly in the stories told by our tour guide/driver as we go from destination to destination.

I was so tired though that I kept nodding off and only caught parts of stories throughout the day.
